Sounds a bit like AIDS

I'm not too worried. Ebola mostly spreads due to contact with blood of an infected person, it spreads in Africa due to how they prepare their dead for burial, and their burial ceremonies. As well as the poverty leading to less hygienic practices and a less educated population.

In a first world country like Britain with good infrastructure and a good health service and a generally more educated populace, it wouldn't spread very quickly at all.
