No need to panic remember, we're only 4 games into the season. PD needs more time.

I bet Port Vale finish top six, what do you reckon dickos?

Don't forget he needs 10 games. By then we'll be so far back we'll need snookers!

We lost 3-0, bit different to drawing, port vale are a poor side.

Not necessarily no, but if we appoint a new manager tomorrow we will still struggle with the squad we had out today.
We have some very hard fixtures coming up and without new signings we could be in the bottom 3 or 4 by then

So get a new manager in. Let them use the transfer market and judge him after that?

Spending money on players doesn't guarantee success!

It doesn't.
But getting players in so you have enough to fill a bench will help

Can I just also point out all the talk of bury and southend being tricky.... Neither have won a game yet and wigan have only won 1. We haven't exactly faced the pace setters.

I'd rather change manager and spend no more money on the squad than keep this manager. Please don't give him any more money.

Let's fill the bench up with the freebies, like the owners' neighbours for instance.

Yes, but that comment completely dodges the questions of why only one player in the squad (the Goalkeeper) is playing to his true potential?

How do you know what a players true potential is other than what he produces constantly week after week, give or take the odd decent performance?

What is true potential?

Good players are consistently good, give or take the odd crap performance.

I've hit 180 at darts half a dozen times in 50 years of playing the game. I don't consider that I have true potential because of those occasions of brilliance, the truth is I'm basically shite at darts.

He did. But now three regulars are injured so we need more players.

Dickov can sign good players, but doesn't know how to get the best out of them. This has been an ongoing theme since he has been at Rovers.

Regardless of the manager situation, to lose two of our most dangerous players to injury in little over a week needs addressing NOW.
