I saw him on tv last week doing a FA Cup replay at Brackley and he seemed ok.

I thought he was the best referee we've had so far this season. My only complaint is that we should have had one more penalty for the foul on Marquis. Otherwise very good and was at least prepared to take big decisions.

I'd go along with that. The only time that I got annoyed was when he stopped the game for the injury to their lad. That was despite them spurning the opportunity to put it out seconds earlier.

He did gave a decent game but as has been said, he could and should have awarded at least one more pen.
I actually thought he was reluctant to give the second one.
My mate said that he can't remember us getting so many penalties so I got go thinking about why.
I concluded that it is simply down to the type of players we have right now.
Players like Blair, Copps, Marquis and Rowe who have such good close control and first touch are always likely to draw a foul.

We now have players that are tricky in the box and scare defenders.
Tommy Rowe was one or two classes above yesterday. You have Blair,Copps Williams when fit and now Mandeville who are all a real handful in the box.
