I think it is. I think it is used as a training base by one of the London Rugby clubs.

Just checked ground guide and it looks like away fans are now housed in the new all seat north stand which accommodates 1890 so plenty of room.

I didn't know Barnet had a new ground. The old one was not a bad little place.
