"Beaten by an excellent Donny side. Any team we would of put out would of lost, they were streets ahead of us."

"Dominated by a far better team. Move on to next week"

"I guess the difference was that they managed the game brilliantly once they got ahead, and looked very much like a top of the table side in terms of their passing and movement (very rarely conceding possession softly) and the way they defended as team."

"Yep, they're the best team I've seen this season. "

"Donnie's two wingers made mincemeat of Johnson and Taylor (H). Both wingers could cross with either foot and there was Marquis or Coppinger in the middle to receive the crosses. Best team we have seen this season"

Who were the two wingers today? Rowe and Blair?

Did we play 3 or 4 at the back?

A lot of good reading on there tonight, the odd bitter comment as you would expect. Apparently we fell over everytime their player got near us, which I strongly dobut.
More than a few comments about how we managed the game out in the 2nd half which fergie will be more than pleased about.

The general concensus tho was that we will in league one next year. :-)

"Doncaster were the best ever side to play at the hive in the 3 1/2 years of been"

Brilliant to know if you ask me.

I didn't think we were anything special yesterday - we played well in patches and never looked in any danger but we barely got out of second gear. I thought Barnet were woeful though, really poor for one of the division's "form" teams. We might as well not have bothered with the second half, they barely looked interested.

It's only a few games ago that the Plymouth fans were saying the same about us.
That's the problem when you just watch a team for 90 minutes. You don't know if some opposition players are carrying an injury or playing out of position etc.
