Whisky

So at the weekend I went to a whisky tasting session and this being germany the host pulled out a couple of bottles of German whisky. Slyrs is well worth a try but what really blew my mind was one called Raritas Diaboli. A blended whisky made of Irish, scotch and German single malts.  It was fantastic and even though it was cask strength went down lovely with the smallest drop of water.

Well worth a try if you can find it!  As for the rest of the whiskys, I've no idea because I was upside down and back to front!

German whiskey must be getting dearer with the exchange rate better stick to Scotch untill they f.off as well.
Customs to start at the border, great for smuggling whiskey  and iron brew.
Probably send pork pies and mars bars back so the chip shops can deep fry them.
