Agreed. Although I think you could find a argument to bring all three players on.

I guess it would depend on the match opponents and what their weaknesses were.

I admittedly don't know much about tactics, football 'mentality', footballers etc... and I've never managed any team so this is a personal, unqualified view, but I think Williams has been pretty awful in the last few games and we looked a far better, more dangerous team when May & mcsheffrey came on. Now I don't know if GM could last a whole 90 mins at the moment but surely May has to start - he earned us a draw and scared their defenders far more than Williams, who looks like he needs a holiday.

However, I'm sure DF knows the players better than me and will make the right decision for the team, and if we beat 'Stanley' would be totally vindicated in his choice.
