Firstly we SHOULD have won .. but

Wow, what a performance with the whistle again 3 or 4 penalty shouts

When Tommy Rowe got booked for "diving" their player ran away from the incident
with his arms out "apologetically" as if to say no idea ? not finger pointing calling Rowe a cheat
maybe he was saying "you're sh1t at penalties anyway"

But yes another pretty inept display by the main official again !

Answers that question then. Lawlor was going nuts at the officials about something, but I couldn't see what or why.

Clear pen on Rowe as well as a dive. Would have booked Rowe for a dive but still was pulled back and a pen.

Utterly appalling officiating again today, where do they find these clowns? Wasn't the reason we didn't win but certainly didn't help. Shocking all round.

I thought we'd got a decent one for a change after the first half hour or so then he went to shit.
One of his worst decisions was not giving them a penalty at the end.

I agree he dived but why dive when you've nutmegged the defender and clean through???

His work on the left wing though was the highlight of the game for me, put countless perfectly weighted crosses in.

Rowe dived.
That's not correct.
I am in the south east area almost level with the bye line.
Rowe was quite clearly clipped from behind. No question

The shocking thing is this clown will probably get another league game next week. He didn't know his backside from his elbow half the time and was making wrong decisions from 40 yards away with the certainty that only true stupidity can bring.

I thought he was good for first 15 minutes but went downhill fast after that
Accrington were cynical and dirty, how the centre half(Hughes) stayed on pitch i will never know

Agreed I saw that too. But We are no longer good enough in my opinion Confidence is crap. Good thing and only good thing...Marquis on 19 and Rowe on 10 thats 3 in double figures.. But the missed sitters in the second half were criminal. True I think he would have found some reason to disallow them if they went in but dear oh dear.. Grant may not want to stay at Donny on what I am seeing

But this is the last three teams to come here doing the same and keeping the ball in the air.   Manager's problem

The Copps first half one was way outside area but def foul

He may have been referring to any earlier one where Copps beat the bloke all ends up and when he tried to run on to shoot he was held back with his shirt looking like the Marquis one in the Programme if you saw it today

The second Copps one was as you say outside the area for sure BUT why of why was it not given as a Foul ffs. The bloke had Copps round the waist. .... and why did we get "advantage" when Copps was fouled in NE Corner ? Surely we would be better off if given a dead ball kick and a chance to sling it in the area

Cretins of the highest order - 2 in 2 weeks and their Assistants ? I will let you know when someone else decides first then I will agree with them !

Didn't think he got much wrong in the first half. Maybe the foul on Coppinger (which was outside I thought) should've been given but not bad otherwise. Thought he could've given a penalty to them when one of their lads seemed to be hauled down by two defenders at a set piece as well.

Some very odd ones in the second half though.

Oh and yes the "advantage" that never was. Christ.

But f**k me we had enough chances today to have been out of sight. Just wasn't happening.

Certainly DID. Williams could have put it out of sight just after he came on ... Tommy Rowe rolled that one wide. Alfie May have scored but changed feet trying to create a shooting chance and Copps tried to dink the keeper and it was saved

However the defending was poor for both their Goals

On the Rowe pen shout, he certainly was pulled back after he nutmegged the defender and had the right to go down.
Agreed he went down a bit easily but it was a foul and therefore a pen.
The ref was yet another pile of shino and got so many decisions wrong.
I actually thought he had done ok up to the point where he booked their 10 and Mason after the handbags thing in the SW corner.
After that he just got most things wrong.
Interesting that there was an offside call for their second goal.
Obviously we couldn't see that from the South.

I looked straight at linesman on East side..flag stayed down. He earlier gave Donny a free kick and idiot ignored him when it was a foul on Williams, the ref tried to  appease Williams just after and was waved away by Williams as FUK U

Will have to agree to disagree on this one.  Had a pretty good view myself and it wasn't a pen.

I agree with Pib, looked a dive to me, didn't see any contact with Rowe. Thought the challenge on Williams was a straight red, looked like a leg breaker to me.

That one on Williams should have ended with a sending off, no question.
