Rovers beet a trialist side 1-0,Rovers side were a mixture of young and players who needed a full game for fitness.
   The trialists were players under 23yrs released for next season by premier and championship sides.
   Cannot report anything as I arrived too late for the game,but had a chat with Mark Samways  an old hero,seamed a very nice chap who now is one of the goalkeeping coaches for the youth team.
   He was chuffed that the youth goalkeeper had signed a 1 year contract,

I do not know any names so cannot pass on anyway,and as Deebee pointed out I cannot spell either doh.
  Mark said that some were good but that is as far as he went, rightly so.
  As you pointed out it shows we are being proactive and are looking at players early,that worked well for us this season.
