A cagey game but rovers to win it 2-1. Rovers are bound to have our unbeaten home record at back of their minds but we will get the job done.

Nervous 1st have pretty even nil nil or one all at half time.

Change of shape at half time sees us move up the gears and run out 3-1 winners.

Goal scores will be May, marquis and mandeville

0-1 at half time from early Plymouth goal - typical jammy counter attack. Then resurgent rovers winning 3-2. Lots of controversy, Willo hat trick. Although, they are yet to shop 3 goals this term

3-1 Mandy pen

Now can you imagine that. Either 1-1 or 2-1 and we get a late penalty. Copps has already been subbed. Mandy is on. He takes the ball without fuss and duly slots the ball into the corner sending the keeper the wrong way.

Mandy doesn't celebrate immediately but calmly walks up to the keeper to shake his hand. That's how real men behave!

3 > 1 to pubcaster ,I have seen said game on Betamax last night and it's a gripping 90mins.

With rovers winning at least there be no negative post match threads about shite food served at outlets ,as these threads only seem to surface when rovers get beat or play shite.

Eat when we're losing, we only eat when we're losing.
( or drawing at home)
Could be a new song.

Rovers to win.
Plymouth manager to blame anything or anyone for his sides' defeat.
Plymouth fans begin to understand why we are top and that we have more than 2000 fans for home games.
Marquis to score at least once.

It's true what I pointed out as you never see a thread on the  lack of quality of the food or service whenever rovers win .

It's only when rovers get beat at the KMS that that centre plate and food kiosks take a negative hit on here.

I think that when things are going bad fans moan about anything.
When you are winning you can put up with a bad burger.
Personally I very rarely buy anything.

I can only think that if Plymouth get nothing from the game, it will not be because we are a good side. It will probably be put down to the fact that it wasn't played on Saturday at 3pm. Or it could be that we cheated (highly improbable, seeing as they have organised their own bent ref to come in for this game).

I think of all the games where we could be beaten at home for the first time in ages, then it could be this one, and probably be down to a hotly disputed pen and, once again, a dodgy decision to send off one of our players.

I would quite happily take a draw now, but should we turn up on the day and get a win, there will be nobody more happy than me. Especially, if it's from a keeper error(s). McCormick's antics at their home match went totally unpunished, which says everything about this referee. I think they'll be employing the same wind-up tactics yet again and we have to be either smart or simply carry on doing what we have done all season long, so far, just get another 3 points to add to our total.

The more I think about this ref, the more concerned I am that he may do something to prevent us from winning the game.
Hopefully we will be good enough to do enough to make it difficult for him to be biased, especially as the tv cameras will be there for a live match and decisions will be scrutinised with numerous replays.

A draw wouldn't be a disaster. However winning would nigh on give us the title.

I'm going for a 1-0 Rover's win. We're the better team on paper so as long as we turn up we should have enough to get the 3 points.
There a good side as the table doesn't lie at this stage of the season and they will have to win if they want to win the league. So they won't come and stick 10 men behind the ball and hope to get a point or nick a 1-0 win. This should allow us to play our game and enable us to get the job done. Even if we only draw a point will be better for us than them.

I will be happy if our winning goal is as good as Stock's was against Argyle in the championship a few years back.
