looks like the cat's out of the bag

I posted this at 10.43 today on the Williams thread

after a sheff united match recently the manager was talking about signing players and he said there was one out there today - but he wanted too much money (presumably earlier in the season)- been trying to find the clip from April

so colemans says the decks are being cleared financially for a "rovers return"

let's look into my CRYSTAL ball

looks like Colemans is right ????
keshi played 70 minutes against Sheff united for Northampton

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39463234

the manager did say HE wanted too much money not THEY wanted too much money

reading the first post again it's blatantly obvious

my CRYSTAL ball had better make sure CRYSTAL palace stay up otherwise they'll need him if they offload Premiership players

Him and Bennett both out of contract. Interesting how Kyle improved later this year.

No chance. Sharp will still be their main striker and deserves a proper shot with his team in the championship. Good luck to him, always want to see him do well.

Exactly like when he was playing for a new contract with us.

Can someone please tell me what Keshi Anderson has done to warrant signing him?

With us or a bigger club? The talent is clearly there but perhaps you can question if he cares or call him lazy.

Don't see Keshi as an out and out striker we need a foil for JM

I really rate Keshi from his time with us previously but I don't see him a striker but more as a replacement for copps behind the front two. Just my opinion of course.

I see Tommy Rowe in that position.

We need a tall striker as priority with only John Marquis with any height as a striker.

I reckon Keshi could play anywhere in an advanced MF role - central, left or right. Quick feet and creative.

Very good interview that. Admitting his own mistakes and learning from them.

His decisions on the released and transfer list seem to concur with most fans views. The next few weeks will tell us what sort of pulling power DF has.

Interesting times ahead.

Tbh Steve and PDX I agree with you both there. Stick Rowe in centre and keshi out wide. I just think if we get an opportunity to sign keshi then we should go for it as he showed plenty of quality and promise.

Keshi is more a Griezmann than a Coppinger.

I think you're all basing theories of ability on very limited evidence for us. The kid didn't play much before he broke his leg - is he still as good? (one hat-trick last season excepted)

Sorry but how would he? he never played for Ferguson.

The lad scored a whopping four goals last season yet we've got some weird fascination with him. If he comes back I hope he does well, but I've seen nothing since he picked up a serious injury here to suggest that he's anything special.

I agree
But some players are at their best for certain managers. Fergie gets the best out of lots of strikers,
