2 Manager who has achieved his objective
3 Players who have achieved their objective
4 Manager who has unearthed some gems eg.  Marquis, Blair, Bawdry
5 Rovers having won 26 games, i.e. a win ratio of over 55%
6 Manager who has taken stock of current playing staff and made the  correct decisions regarding players retained, transfer listed and released
7 Based on past experience trust the manager to make right and proper recruitment and hopefully unearth some gems along the way
8 Hopefully/optimisticly an increase in attendances at the Keepmoat next season
