No Alan I'm sure he's just signed a new contract, and the chairman has openly said he won't go for less than 500k, he does not need the money so I chopped the figure in half as a bit of a guess lol

No vicar that's football. If he's signed a new contract and the club don't need to sell, given the interest they can ask what they want. If the interested parties don't meet the valuation they keep a player they want, if they do they are quid's in, win win.

Chris Porter just gone from Colchester to Crewe 16 goals last season but is 33? Perhaps too old for DF to contemplate. Did George Moncur sign a bigger contract with them in middle of season my mind seems to recall, he is a good midfield player

Calm down Padre... I only pointed out that you reduced the name of the team - from 8 to 6 letters.  For your info Fyld in Danish means to stuff or fill - so I found it amusing...

As for the flid or flyd comment - I thought you may see the similarity to your earlier error..... obviously went whoosh..
