Exeter getting a refurb

Big makeover for them;
Work to begin on £3.5 million stadium improvements

Now they have blown the play-offs, we won't get to sample the delights of their improvements...not just yet, anyway.

Good that they plan to recycle the South Stand from Underhill on the away end.

What sort of stadium only costs £3.5m is it a Lego one ?
