I very much doubt that's true but if it is he's certainly replaceable just wouldn't be ideal.

The thing is, I think he's very much part of our plans moving forward. I would hate to see him leave after such a short stay and personally, I value him staying more than any news on about new players.

It will be a massive setback if he does indeed move on.

Nope. Wanting two strikers has nothing at all to do with Marquis, Fergie has wanted a pacey striker in since last summer (remember the pursuit of Jai Quitongo?) and also needs an improvement on the outgoing Andy Williams. Two new strikers added to Marquis, May and Mandeville would bring us to 5, an acceptable number of forwards for the squad.

Patience folks, it is still only the first week of June.
