I don't think that too many are worried Acko.
I think that it's more disappointment after DFs comments making them sound imminent.
It's sometimes better to say nothing rather than build up hopes.
Just my opinion of course.

I'd sooner managers do things under the radar like last season , but with social media it just gives fans less patience with signings.

That's true Danny but I've learned over the years never to promise what you can't deliver to kids, grandkids and worst of all the wife.
Promise something in a few days time and you're pestered about it from the moment you open your mouth.
Hopefully all the background work keeps the fans happy.

Am I dreaming or have I seen something about Peter Whittingham signing?

Yes Whittingham has indeed signed for the Rovers...the Blackburn Rovers.

Radio Sheffield reporting were about to sign a young striker from a prem club and should be completed by tomorrow. It's a permanent deal too.

Let that be a lesson. Keep your mouth shut, and buy the wife a 9 inch ruler.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic it is then! Bet everyone will moan he's no use until January due to injury, and demand we sign Keshi Anderson instead.

Personally I think we should sign Mark Wilson.

She's sticking with the 6" one that I bought her for Chrismas.
