customer support?
« on June 18, 2017, 08:32:17 pm by Alickismyhero »
I haven't been on Rovers Player for some time and my password no longer works. It then suggests the way you can adjust the password but that doesn't work! It tells me to contact Customer Support but at the moment I can't find a number for Customer Support can anyone help me out with the number?

Pretty sure I read that when it switched over to the new supplier you have to resubscribe/re-register.

That rovers player thing sounds far more worse than a nagging wife .

How on earth can it hope to stand up when all you hear or read is moan moan moan to various extents .

It really does need some help on all fronts with sounds of things.

I've had problems as well.
I use my original email address to sign in which no longer exists.
I reported this but await a reply, hopefully to my new email address as I cannot edit my account details.
The last video that I can access is the Hartlepool game.
I would have expected an interview from the new signings by now.

It's usually down to me but the changeover doesn't seem to have improved the service.
I did watch the live cup draw though.😉

My reply to change my log in went into Spam as it's from Efl Digital.

Content doesn't play mind and I'm waiting to hear back.

Looks like there have been lots of problems but mine is now sorted.

The number to go through is 01302764664     /4 media team.

The Official Site points you to Customer Support but there is no number for them, just go through the Media Team on the above number.

I have rung them twice and been cut off.
Maybe I'm unlucky but if the media dept can't take a call properly, what chance have we got with player.
I can't see me renewing when my yearly subscription is due.

ok just to play devils advocate :)

ifollow is marketed and sold through the club (even if payments go somewhere else) therefore our contract is with the club not with whoever runs it on the clubs behalf  therefore its the clubs responsibility to sort issues :)

To be fair to the club they sorted my problem out very quickly. I had a few problems at home and can be held partly responsible. I now pleased and ready for the new season.
