Anyone created a file of the fixtures that can be loaded into your iPhone calendar. Sure someone did it last season.

Doesn't that only add EFL fixtures? What about League Cup, FA Cup, PSFs etc?

Perhaps I will update my own iCloud calendar and make it Public.

I've also published it here and, because it's my own calendar, I will maintain the data as fixtures move around:
