Question for sm

I have subscribed for quite a few years just for the away games I don't get too, and I always listen on my tablet and my son listens on his desktop.
On this new system can 2 people not listen too the game , it was cutting me off with the message already playing on another device

Don't wanting to cancel but can you clarify for us that it's not possible to listen on more than one device at the same time ?

I'll get the definitive answer for you, but my guess would be that its restricted to single devices because of the added content.

I questioned this  a couple of weeks ago with iFollow technical team. You can only be logged into one device at a time. So no sharing the subscription even in your own household!

Not disputing that but when I tried it wouldn't let us. That's when they told me I could only be signed in on one device.

Hi, I've had it confirmed officially that you can only use one device at a time. They will consider multiple devices at some future stage.
