Just finished reading an article and scrolled down to the comments section, and basically slagging off our club.

One comment referring to us, tongue in cheek, as losing to the mighty Doncaster Rovers, some saying that we were not even very good and poor side, and shouldn't be losing to the likes of us.

Many other teams have suffered the samme ailments, notebly Leeds United and Nottingham Forest who in both cases the synptoms appear chronic

Read all the comments - there are just as many saying we deserved to win as there were implying we were there for the taking.

Most of it is their own fans anger at their poor start, and Burnley fans taking the piss..

Let's just hope that we keep these values though when we lose to the likes of Hartlepool.
The things that I ask from of any player representing the club are effort and commitment. If you display those but are beaten by a better team on the day then that's it. It's up to the manager and coaches to hone your skill and tactical awareness.

We met a big group of Blackburn fans on train home, they came over to us, shook all our hands, and commented how well we played and how good we looked ... all said we would be 'up there' come the end of the season.

I think a lot of football fans share the same mentality in thinking the higher their team is up the league ladder, the more they know about football.

    I think a lot of it is just human nature..We could have played like Real Madrid and in there eyes we still would have been awful...They are ex premier league champions and the brain just cant recognise that they were beaten at home by the better team in Doncaster Rovers..It had to be a fluke,a one off,it just cant be possible that Doncaster are simply better....It's a bit like us if we lost to someone like Frickley,it would be down to our own performance rather than how well they played....

Let's face it, Blackburn's squad should be walking this league - they may yet. However, the whole set-up at Ewood Park is poisoned and a lot of their players are on the downward slope. I think it took us 45 minutes on Saturday to work out that they were poor. After the first goal. there was only going to be one winner. Blackburn fans are in for an almighty shock if they don't adjust expectations.

I remember Wednesday fans being the same their first season at this level a couple of season after dropping down from the PL.
I think they lost 3-0 at home to Colchester who in their fans words they should have beat as they get 20,000 supporters and Colchester got 3,000.

These clubs supporters think history and size of club means something as opposed to the better team on the day wins.

Good point, but most teams take 5 or 6 games at the start of the season to get up to full match fitness. We will improve too.

Thats because they know nothing about our team at all, they will have never even seen us play until Saturday to have such ridiculous comments, in their mind we were just a league2 club so on that basis we are crap and they should win, the logic of some people amaze me
