I want to see how good Wellens does over 100 games.

Admittedly, he's got off to a very impressive start but he's not experienced a transfer window, dealing with agents, fixture congestion, injuries, pressure from directors/fans/media, disruptive or problematic players, financial restrictions, etc, in a managerial position yet.

How he copes with the above over a prolonged period will show whether he's cut out for management in the long term.
