I think Leo's hattrick was in 12 minutes (goals scored at minutes 6,14,18)Goal times are not available before ca 1992 so a definitive answer is not possible, but Ben's must be a contender for Rovers fastestMind you he has some way to beat the quickest hattrick by a player who has played for Rovers - 140 seconds by James Hayter for Bournemouth as an 84th minute substitute against Wrexham in 2004https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Hayter_(footballer)
Neville Chamberlain v Preston 1988 was very quick. From memory about 7 minutes. Will check.

The audio commentary I have somewhere was superb
Ian Miller vs Newport 1975 ,we won 5-1 ,it was 1-0 with 10 minutes to go. Perhaps it's another one for Dutch Uncle or The Red Baron to investigate
Think Nev Chamberlain scored a very quick hattrick against PNE circa 1987 - he was about to be substituted by Lee Turnbull then banged in 4'3 goals in quick succession

Perhaps it's another one for Dutch Uncle or The Red Baron to investigate Ian Miller had scored the first half goal before completing his hatrick with two more in that 10 minute spell with Brendan O'Callaghan adding the other two. Newport also scored their goal during that 5 goal 10 minute finale.

Slightly quicker than Whiteman.Glenn Kirkwood scored three in ten minutes v Crook Town in the FA Cup in 1999.
I was also thinking last night about midfielders bagging hat-tricks. The last one must’ve been McIndoe vs. Bristol Rovers?
Keith Ripley if I remember right.
