Was the last time we played Ebbsfleet( gravesend and northfleet)  in the conference on a Tuesday night? Seem to remember the police had a few dogs on the way into the open terrace away end. The ground has changed a tad since then.

Hyde v Franchise and Shaw Lane v Mansfield are nailed on for live coverage. There will be 4-5 matches shown live by BBC and BT.

Ours has a fair chance of being live or extended coverage on MOTD (for which we get a smaller fee.)

Then again we play Oldham seemingly every other year so maybe that's why!

Sure someone put a stat up here last year that in the last 10 years we'd played Oldham 3 times in 1st round and for 5 of those years we were in Championship.

If Ebbsfleet get through, I don't think our tie is guaranteed to be on the Saturday, given that Dartford have also been drawn at home to league opposition, and Gillingham have a home tie too.

I'd completely forgot the Stalybridge game happened until I remembered that Wellens came on as a sub very late on, then moaned about it in a press interview when Shrewsbury got drawn against Man United later that season.
