Mine is Ok but I don't stay logged on either so Esdaille seems  to have the right trick.

Try logging out, clear all cookies and log in again. If that fails and you are using the app, try deleting it and reinstalling.

Are you logged in on any other device? You can only be logged on to one device at a time. Sorry if you know that.

No issues for me, i connect on iPad or desktop and haven't had any issues the past few weeks.

I had a problem last week. I got fed up of swapping emails, live chat so rang them on 02078 264577.
The young lady in customer service sorted it for me.
