Having just seen the betting for the Scotland managers job I noticed 1 name that wasnt in the frame.

Probably not much further than they are now, which is where they have always been.

At least one of the games for the next Euros will be played in Scotland with it being played all over Europe, just a pity they won't be there - again!

Good at organising less gifted players. He would have done a better job with England that Southgate I’m sure.

Good at organising less gifted players. He would have done a better job with England that Southgate I’m sure.

Not a fan of his personality but there's no doubting his effectiveness. Look at Palace this season, or Bolton/Blackburn/Newcastle after he left them.

Yes. I'm not saying RH shouldn't have been replaced but I am saying that I don't rate either of the two subsequent England managers to be any better than him.

Either way, the issues with the national team run much deeper than the senior team's management.
