This is what absolutely infuriates me about Ferguson, talking complete bollox.
A keeper who's a good shot stopper but prone to errors, a defence that can't defend, any old Tom, Dick or Niall at full back. A midfield that changes every week almost, and strikers who if all put together wouldn't make a decent one. All this time at rovers and staggeringly he doesn't know his best 11 or best formation. I genuinely believe we'll get beat on saturday, Fleetwood aren't in good form but they're organised something we are not. And as for Rotherham they I fear will ream us a new arsehole. We were consistently in near play-off form from late Sept to late Jan when we lost our first choice three Centre halves in a week. (29 points from 19 games from the Plymouth game away to the Shrewsbury game away).  That demonstrates that the squad isn’t a bad one when we have players fit, and the manager can get them performing.

If Baudry and Butler get fit shortly, there’s every reason to expect that we can get back to at least good enough form to avoid relegation.

If they don’t come back fit, there’s an arsequake on the horizon.

What I am trying to do is make constructive points which i think need addressing on the field of play.

Baudry should be back this weekend. Joe Wright is probably a couple of weeks away. Butler maybe a bit longer but should play again this season. It's going to be like waiting for the cavalry coming over the hill!

BST. Yes we will miss Butler, Wright/Baudry agreed. The problem though is midfield.
All four goals at Walsall we’re not defensive mistakes except the 1st where Matty Blair was beaten in the air at far post. ( But he shouldn’t be playing as a fullback/wing back ) should he.
Did DF sign him to play in that position when he has played all his career as a right midfielder/winger.
The other 3 goals the midfielders Kongola, Houghton and Whiteman were ball watching and not picking up runners or not closing down. 3 players who are 19,20 & 20 years old.
McCullough and Rowe should have been in the middle of the park with Houghton and Blair or Copps. Chambers and Ostemor had far too much experience and know how for our “kids”
 Fergie was at fault, he should have set the team up properly.
It was a tactical error of mighty proportions not for the first time in his managerial career at DRFC.
He better get it right in the next 3 games or I think they will be his last.
That’s not me being negative just saying it as I see it.

We need to remember that our key players currently out through injury will need some real game time when they return. They will not be 100% and will not pick straight up where they left off 5/6 games ago. Results over the next 3/4 games are important and we must post some points on the board to make sure we are buffered from the bottom four when our key players return and are at 100%.
Then I think we have a realistic chance of a strong finish and avoid relegation. I honestly believe we must not be too arrogant in thinking we will not go down - it is a possibility and the only way of making sure is points on the board!!

He's got to be positive and publicly show belief in his players. I just hope he invests his time with individual players to raise their confidence and less time on worrying about the opposition and overloading the players with tactical detail. He just needs to lift the stress and let them go out and play.
