As I remarked in the Lucky Pint thread, in our 18 seasons since this league started in 1958-59, we have never had a striker score more than 13 league goals in a season. Only Glyn Snodin (18) and Neil Redfearn (14), free kick specialists and midfielders both, have scored more.

John Regan, Colin Douglas (when he was a striker) and Billy Paynter have also scored 13.
