Was it advertised that we could pick our early bird gifts up from today. Not seen anything on DROS.

Just checked the original news on DROS and definitely says can be collected from today. Thought they would have put it out that we can go and collect them.

Does that include the free scarf for buying a season ticket early, not just the daily prize winners.

Interesting it says 6 hours ago it wasn,t there at 4.30. Never mind it's there now let's all go and collect this very generous gift.

No, I bought mine online just after 9am on the first day, but haven't heard anything either. Was expecting an email or something and then I kind of forgot about it.

If you bought online and were in the first 500 then there will be an envelope with your name on at the ticket office containing details of your prize. Just have to go in and collect it.

but they mention that all prize winners will have received a letter which the must bring to collect their prize. I bought mine online around 10.30 and a tweet later that day said that there were still prizes to be had in the afternoon, I have had no letter so must assume that for whatever reason I missed out

Just email the ticket office (tickets@clubdoncaster.co.uk) and ask, that's all I did. When I went to pick my letter up they were all lined up in boxes with the names written in the top corner, so clearly waiting for people to collect rather than be posted out. Communication from the club probably could have been better but it's easy enough to find out if you've got something.

Yes, just tweeted Shaun and received a call back from Tracey, everyone who renewed on day 1 has a prize allocated so just call in the ticket office to find out what you have won

I've just had a phone call from Tracey,so I'll collect it tonight,but I bought my season ticket on the first day because I could afford it not to get a prize.

I committed myself to purchase my season ticket, but chose to spread the cost via D/D . The insensitives offered though appreciated could not be justifed in paying in full 5 months before the new season had begun or the old one had even finished.
