He thought some of the comments, from fans behind him, were harsh? Get a grip man. After that display, what did you expect - applause?

Do you know what was said?
How do you know they weren’t harsh?

Most of the comments I heard were regarding not leaving a man up when defending a corner. Criminal in my eyes against a piss poor team

Some of our passing and movement in the first half hour was sublime.
Any game, against any team, can turn on key moments. The bizarre own-goal didn't help, followed by the penalty which was Bury's first shot on target. Then their third looked clearly offside to me.
We hit the post and and on another night Rowe would have buried at least one chance.

So in my opinion, given the performances of both sides, that should have been a very different scoreline and then perhaps we wouldn't have such negativity and criticism of our own performance.

That's how I see it. We were the better team overall yesterday.

Man for man it was no contest, we had far more skill. We just seemed to go off the boil and lose our way. We do need Mason at right back and Rowe as left back to give us balance in my opinion though.
It might not be ideal but we need specialist full backs playing there next season.

Ironically, I thought Rowe actually looked a tad more dangerous when he went to left back last night after everything we've been debating on here about needing him further up the pitch.

If we play two up top then Rowe at left back isn't a bad option. We need him further forward, however, if we play one up top and need the creativity behind Marquis to play off.

I agree, Rowe has the ability to make good forward runs and take players on.
