Given we are not in a situation to recruit a SOD type dream manager, I would say attributes for me are going to be:- ability to organise and insert backbone- motivational figure- keep youth system movingI would honestly say good football but we have to be realistic with what we can expect. So long as it is better than Dickov then I will be happy.

Why do we want to appoint any of these managerial underachievers who have been sacked by every club they have ever managed? McCall Grayson Rosler Megson etc etc
