Any billionaire s out there? :-)

Wilks and kane, obviously made a massive difference, two great young players and obviously if Leeds and Liverpool don't want to sell, but do you think we could put in a tentative bid? What would the value be ? And if we could afford theses 2 they would only rise in value?

Don't think we would have chance with kane(if he keeps improving think he will play for england) ,but you never know with wilkes.
But surely we would be better off bidding soon rather than later because I'm sure there value will keep rising.

Would the board back bids ,cos they would be hefty but in my mind worth it cos there only going to get better.

Hope kane enjoys his time, and if we get promotion might be persuaded to join again next season, .

We've done well with these, no reason why we shouldn't do as well or better in the future. A solid basic squad with a couple of class loans is the way.

I said after the Southend game we should make a bid because every club now know about him.

Probably unrealistic on a permanent but great for the club if they continue to perform and hopefully get our club into the playoffs ⚽️⚽️😀👍

Campsall Rover, Wolfie, Derek Daniels , and Alan Southstand, would be your best bets in the money stakes.

Could we extend their loans beyond January before the end of August? I know Leeds will probably want Mallik back but its worth a go isn't it.

If they carry on like they're going, will he want to potentially go back and scrap for a few minutes here and there, when he could be out on loan proving himself - be it at DRFC or elsewhere?

Might not have a choice if Bielsa wants him as part of their squad.

I think if the players are enjoying it here and we are doing well that will have a big influence on us been able to extend till end of the season. Not sure we'd be able to buy either unless we go up and leeds also go up but even then we'd need to make a good offer.

Both will be in the championship next season hopefully with us even just on loan.

Fingers crossed both leeds and Liverpool think that they would be best off getting a full season with us and if things go well have a promotion on their c.v.

Then next season they either go back and have a season with the parent club or come back to us to continue their development

Did'nt Malik say,he had offer/offers from championship, but decided to come to Doncaster because he had a much greater chance of playing in first team every week, whereas he might have had to sit on bench sometimes if loaned to another championship club.

Hmmm. Liverpool have just sold their 4th choice keeper for £12.5m so what would that make a young, decent, aspiring midfielder worth?

Rodders came last season and achieved sweet FA. He went to Herenveen for £750k.

Cameron Brannagan, former Liverpool midfielder, may offer a closer comparison. Very highly regarded at Liverpool where he'd been since he was about four (?!), Wigan offered £1m for him in 2016 even though he'd only featured in 3 first team games. Liverpool turned the offer down. Brannagan then got injured, didn't play for Liverpool again, ended up at Fleetwood on loan. At the beginning of this year he signed for Oxford for an undisclosed sum.

i mentioned elsewhere about Wrexham being in the money from an acorn sewn (or rather sold!) in 2012 for that goalie it seems even the MASSIV clubs protect themselves with Liverpool adding a 20% sellon

"The 25-year-old - who left Wrexham for the Anfield club back in January 2012 for a fee in the region of £100,000 - has signed for the 2015/16 Premier League champions in a deal worth in the region of £12.5million, with Wrexham set to net a significant seven-figure windfall for having a 10 per cent sell-on clause in Ward's contract.

The transfer represents a lucrative piece of business on Wrexham's behalf, with the recent boom in transfer fees resulting in inflated fees for Premier League players. Liverpool have secured a 20 per cent sell-on clause in Ward's new four-year contract with the Foxes."

Obviously all clubs such as Rovers should negotiate a sell on clause + appearance related bonuses
