F*cking hell, not only is my memory going, my eyesight's going as well; it's right there in front of my eyes. Beam me up Scotty, for f**k's sake.

I can fully sympathise as I had a similar experience yesterday

In Ticket Office I was behind 2 people who seemed to take ages - then moved forwards for my Tickets for today

Took ten seconds max - I said thanks and set off back to Car. I looked at Ticket(s) and saw only one. There was Address stub on top and Receipt below my (what I thought was one Ticket)

I went back having checked Payment was for 2 and was behind another 2 people who seemed to take ages to get what they wanted (they didnt but seemed to)

Got to front again - but never once thought to really LOOK to see if there were 2 Tickets -  maybe slightly stuck together. I said I should have 2 Tickets. I think I ordered Seats 3 and 4 and only 4 is here. Suzanne then looked at the Two Tickets (that had always been there) and said you have 2 Tickets - Numbers 4 and 5 here. It was like a Magic trick ! There were 2 Tickets and always had been

I said thanks and crept out with all the dignity I could muster. Sorry Suzanne !

Well we'll just have to hope that they have a man to match the circumstances.
