For the first time in this run, I'm looking at the league table and actually thinking "hang on a minute!"

Last night was a big test, and we got the job done.

I still think it's wildly unlikely, because even dropping 2 points at this stage could be fatal to our challenge, but seven wins in a row, wow. Considering where we were two months ago, it almost defies belief.

In the unlikely event that we do go all the way and win the play-offs, it would have to top Brentford, beating Leeds at Wembley, and the 2005 League Cup run as the most bonkers storyline in the club's recent history.

My mind has been wandering this morning and wondering how many thousands would
Go to stadium mk if we made it and drew them.

I’d be happy just to have the chance to play them whichever, we have the momentum.

If you look at OP I left Wimbledon out because they can only get to 71 points and based on us winning all our games we would be 73 so no need to worry what they are doing if we keep winning.

Updated again......anyone who can't catch us (Based on us winning all) is out the frame

Donny - 64 points - Must win 3 - MAX 73
Barrow
Colchester
Gillingham

Barrow -67 points - MAX 76 (Based on us beating them)
Crawley
Donny
Bradford
Mansfield

Crewe - 70 points - MAX 76
Wrexham
Colchester

Crawley - 65 points - MAX 74
Barrow
Sutton
Grimsby

That's now 4 teams playing for 3 places.

Using Form/PPG from last 6 games and applying to remaining fixtures finishing points would be:

Crawley - 70
Doncaster - 73
Barrow - 71 (Based on us beating them and ppg applied to other 3 games)
Crewe - 72

Assuming we can keep this run going it will go until the last game. This could come to goal difference and then we  are last in the queue.......but improved today massively!

Crawley v Barrow a big game Tuesday, then roles straight into big games at the weekend!

Updated again......changed to show my personal thoughts

Donny - 64 points - predict 73
H - Barrow - W
A - Colchester - W
A - Gillingham - W

Barrow - 68 points - predict 72
A - Donny - L
H - Bradford - W
H - Mansfield - D

Crewe - 70 points - Predict 71
H - Wrexham - L
A - Colchester - D

Walsall - 65 points - Predict 71
H - Bradford - W
A - AFC Wimbledon - W

Crawley - 66 points - Predict 70
A - Sutton - D
H - Grimsby - W

I didn't think either Crawley or Barrow were great last night.

Crawley now have a key player banned for 3 games. A very tough game against Sutton on Saturday who other than losing to the champions have been on great form.

Barrow striker from what I read went off injured. They have the advantage of a game in hand but Bradford won't be a push over and Mansfield won't want to sign their promotion season off with a loss.

Crewe have been in terrible form and come up against Wrexham on Saturday who are still fighting for second place and as per Mansfield won't take the foot off the gas.

Ultimately we just need to concentrate on ourselves, three wins and we are there regardless of the others now. If we can keep playing as we are I'm sure we will do it and there is no reason to believe we won't keep playing the way we are.

Probably a likely outcome - which would see us playing Barrow in Semis home and away  !

Not as appealing as MK Dons away..................
