Two cracking goals in two matches.

We going to have a thread about him every time he does something?

Probably. I've a feeling we may have "cocked up" with this one.

Try Gordon Greer if You're looking for the one that got away! Doing well for Brighton who are in turn doing well.

Not sure about that. He managed about 10 appearances in his two years here.

I said at the time that it was criminal to let him leave... Potentially a very good player. Not surprised that RO'K took him on.

Baxendale never got a proper chance I felt. Of course we're always gonna think "what if"

Strange one. Fitted the type Deano wanted and would have cost next to nothing wages-wise. We'll never know i guess...

Watching the Football League Show, it was a crackin' goal he scored. And if I admit it myself, he has probably the best haircut of any ex Doncaster player I've seen. (I'm biased, as I did it!)

Does irk me when we've kept or acquired less talented players. Baxendale clearly had potential both physically and mentally. He reminded me of Ian Snodin in his approach to the game and after hearing Saunders say he was spending time with him on the training pitch I was gobsmacked that we released him.
