So many players coming in. Is it good or bad. Let's hope he starts scoring straight away.

Not sure I agree with that 100%, many players have had a bad attitude and have come through it eventually. Cantona for example

Might as well be optimistic on this - Oster wasn't an angel when we signed him but he knuckled down as he knew age was becoming an issue and if he wanted to spend his last 2 or 3 years at a decent level he had to perform.

Plus I think in some ways the clubs perceived low stature has to motivate these short term signings from day one. As with any \"shop window\" move, the player knows every performance counts. If I was a manager looking in on this situation from a top champtionship or lower premiership club I know I'd want my socks blown off by a player at Doncaster Rovers. The last thing Diouf wants is to come here and blow it, if he does its \"well he couldn't even do it at little Doncaster, we don't want him here at Cardiff/Bolton/Forest\". If he wants to stay in England he has to do well here as I can't see him wanting to ply his trade in L1.

El-Hadji Diouf, Diouf, Diouf,
Will you score a goal for me,
El-Hadji Diouf, Diouf, Diouf,
Will you score a goal for me,
With your left, with your right, with your head, or with you knee,
El-Hadji Diouf, Diouf, Diouf, will you score a goal for me

Silly tit.

What if he scores 12 goals in 8 games & we win 7 of them & draw 1?Will you be calling him a  tit then? Would you prefer us to stay in the championship or to get relegated with a team full of `nice`players?

Thats PHLEGmatic I mean

Allardyce was quoted as saying he didn't sign Diouf because he was miles away from being match fit. So I dont expect to see him tomorrow.

He will still be a vile, disgusting piece of scum if he fired us to the premier league to be honest.

He's a f**king tit no matter how \"brilliant\" he is at football.

Skidmark on the underpants of English football.

so happy about this signing! When you think. Doncaster Rovers signing a player that has cost clubs over 12 million pounds all in all. Idiot or not, he is a class player, especially in this league.

Really don't understand where this nonsense about him being a brilliant player has come from anyway. Had a decent World Cup 9 years ago and people thought he was the messiah. He hasn't really proven anything other than he's a f**king tit.

He's a big name, for some reason, and that's what gets people excited - not his footballing \"skills\". His strike rate is piss poor, worse than Heffernan's and he's never played at this level so how do you know he's class at this level?

Some people chat utter garbage.

Big Sam turned him down as he's out of shape and could prove disruptive on and off the pitch.

No such qualms for us.
