Afternoon lads and lasses

Eagerly anticipating pre season training pictures of the lads first day back on the O/S later today (Hopefully anyway, they normally put some on don't they?) It will be interesting to see if we can spot some of the trialists in there.

I think Naylor and Vine are confirmed and maybe the young Villa defender linked this morning as i believe he is a free agent (not 100% certain though) so that leaves another 4 if indeed the the 3 mentioned are included.

Also, has anyone heard anything about Joseph Mills coming back? Rumours today that he might return.

That's where i saw it, and thought nothing of it but i asked my next door neighbour who is a saints fan and he has heard a few things which suggest he could well be coming back.

He did mention the Sharp bid to me before confirmation of the bid can to light as well.

I'd love to see Millsy back. I hope it's true. Just not seen anything concrete (or remotely so) yet, but not gonna write this off.

Danny Shittu & Danny Gabbidon anyone??? would be nice, international experience both on free's but i should imagine big wages and big signing on fee's but hey if it sures up the defence and Billy pop's them in at the other end. then bingo. Martis and Georgie Friend as back up's not forgetting JOC.

DROS have a 7 picture gallery from todays training, on pic 7, there are alot of the trialists seen then, does anyone reconise any of them.They are wearing last seasons training top. The black guy in the picture looks a right unit

Well Rowan Vine isnt reconisable on the pic, if he is there he is the floating head behind the big trialist with crazy hair or having his face blocked be Billy. But im not sure.

Him right to Wilsons head is supposidly Luke summerfield who was at Plymouth last year, he is 23 and was probably the lad we were scouting last season. Also the black guy is supposidly Danny Shittu.

This could well be wrong but the dark looking lad behind sharp and gillett looks a bit like Davide Petrucci. He's a Manchester United reserve player. Google his name and have a look.

Possible loan?

That lad does look like that Davide Petrucci, good spot there man. So at the moment we could have Rowan Vine, Ellis Deeney, Luke Summerfield, Danny Shittu and Davide Petrucci on trial. What about the big guy with curly hair, for some reason he looks scottish to me

It does look like Davide Petrucci. Just looked on a site that said he was one of Italy's most promising young strikers. Just had another look on Twitter and a Rovers Blog account - @vikingsbloggen - also says that they think Danny Shittu and Luke Summerfield are on the photos

Might be nothing but i saw stuart highfield this morning going into the b&b on town more risbgy's is it? didn't think much of it, as he's in property etc then when I drove passed there again tonight 3 sports cars in there car park two audi's and a a sliver range with L1THO on it, might be nothing but 2=2 is 4. Mikele Leigertwood ?? only one I can think off sorry, but i think he's signed for Reading.
