Can we have clarified the reasons why the irish investment havent gone through? or look highly unlikely to go through?

Unless theres anything outstanding i dont see why anyone wouldnt accept 20 million been chucked into the club?

Because there appears to be a second investment package now being discussed.  Don't expect any clarity until everything has been resolved within the club first.
