Rather play Sat, Tues, Sat than have to play Sun, Wed & Sat.

It is what it is i suppose. Don’t think we will receive much TV money for this one.

We've featured on this set-up for BBC before; our 2nd round win over Scunthorpe a couple of seasons back was part of the Sunday run of games, where they'd cut to it to show clips if anything happened.

Only this season BBC have made these games available as an iPlayer option as well as being cut to from their Final Score programme.

Can't see there'd be much of a broadcasting revenue from it, as it's not a full set-up.

One camera set up means it'll just be the same as with iFollow then I expect?

You're right Lincoln. The Carlisle site confirms that it's £12500 for each club.

Add that to the losers prize money and you get a minimum figure from the game, win the tie and we have minmum winners prize money and losers prize money from the 3rd round plus any potential tv money

There is no loser's prize money in the third round.

Don't the home team take an extra 25% of the prize money to cover loss of fans unable to attend

And Cambridge.

Obviously not a full game coverage.

Isn't it a score show on BBC1 where they show the goals when they go in from all the games. But on Iplayer you can choose a individual game to watch because they are already filming for the highlights

If we get £12,500 that is great.
It would be interesting though to know how much, on average, the club gets from an iFollow away match.
I would imagine that instead of paying for iFollow for this game that most of our fans would watch for free on iPlayer so any income we would have made will be lost.
Obviously the £12500 will be a greater amount than the iFollow revenue.

Yes, I know. I was pointing out how this differs to previous seasons. Previously they just cut to the games when something happened, but now those games are available to watch via iPlayer too.

I watched Ipswich vs. Portsmouth the other Saturday afternoon on iPlayer, before our game with FCUM - was decent enough quality and didn't pause once. A few more Rovers' games on BBC and the fee may be worth paying.

No it won't, There will be no buffering, no Daleks giving commentary and you will be able to get it from the start without the pain of logging in.

I think you're replying to the wrong quote mate, but I totally agree with what you're saying.
