Charlie Lakin

I see his loan with Wimbledon has ended.

Would he provide decent midfield cover until Westbrooke returns ?

Seemed decent when on loan with us.

If Lakin was as good as some say he was on here, he would have got a better move than a loan to Wimbledon. He would have played more for them or at least have his loan extended til the end of the season. He provided some legs in a shocking midfield. Nothing more than that in my opinion.

It would be yes from me, formed a good partnership with Close. Question is, is he better than what we have currently available? Yes he is.

I’d take him on loan till end of the season. Given our injuries we need another midfielder. Wouldn’t be interested in signing him on a 2 year deal or anything though. They’ll be better available in the summer

I think George Broadbent is back training.

I thought he was a tidy player too but you have to wonder why he's played only a few games for Wimbledon.

We certainly need a more influential player should anything happens to Close to add to Westbrookes absence.

Wimbledon fans seem to think he was very good for them when played
I think he’d be a recent signing for us, made a big difference in the games he played for us last season
