Of course the time of a goal can have a psychological effect. If you draw level in the last minute of a game you earn a point and go home happy. Alternatively if you concede a goal in the last minute and the opposition draw level, you have lost 2 points and go home unhappy. Same score - different psychological effect.

You won't see anybody else doing that routinely in this league.
