This hasn't been a great Bradford side but we were just about competent. Still no noticeable style or pattern of play whatsoever, other than hammering balls long to Ironside or Wood.

Says it all when we have put a 38 yr old centre half upfront to score to save the game . Very poor game over all but for a good free kick goal , but this was just one big turnoff as game .

So looks like we need an experienced midfielder to replace Close and a goalkeeper tomorrow before the window shuts.

Three fairly bad injuries potentially with Close looking especially bad.

Molyneaux, Carty & Close all ‘done’ by City players & ref cards no one.

Moly had his achilles heel scraped by studs, McCaan went berserk.

Carty wrestled into the adverting boards & remained down for minutes, ref continued play.

Close clattered by a high boot & left writhing on the floor before being stretched off.

Ref a joke.

Until they scored all we did was lump it upfront, some of gm signings really are poor, time to go and get a manager that actually knows this division

in fairness to the ref, close and the city player both had high feet, carty was just shoulder to shoulder l, and  molyneaux i dont tbink anyone touched him

The Close injury is a killer. Without him or Westbrooke our midfield can barely string two passes together.

Game totally overshadowed by the injuries which is more than a kick in the nuts for everyone.

Hope the injuries aren't as bad as first appears, but knowing our luck, they will be.

I'm sure McCann will be spitting feathers so I hope Biltcliffe minds his tongue in the post match, otherwise he could end up with a nice kiss!

IMO

Moly looked to be injured by Maxwell landing on his leg when it was planted.

Carty strong shoulder charge and unfortunate to hit hoardings. Don't see an issue with continuing game as player off pitch.

Close was a 50-50, looked bad from reaction.

That game should not have been played on that pitch, that was the biggest disgrace of the night. 3 potentially bad injuries and a red card because of the condition of the playing surface.

The pitch was a danger to players throughout. Genuinly cannot get my head around how that game was allowed to be played, like watching a game from the f**king 60s.

Was like the players have never played together.

2 teams who have had very poor seasons on display there and we are the worst of the 2. Anybody who thinks we played well in that game are in denial. Play like that for the rest of the season and we wont win another game.

Can take a narrow defeat. Injuries a disaster through.

This season has to go down as one of the most unluckiest where injuries are concerned and the effect they’ve had on results .

Nail in the coffin that. Midfield is now non existent. We can only hope Sutton and forest green don’t win another game this season

Totally unfair summary of that performance.

We were very poor tonight.

The replacements for the early injuries actually improved us as well, so there’s no point blaming that.

Bradford (one of the most out of form EFL teams) played on the same poor pitch and played better football.

Going down.

Against the performance on Saturday, tonight looked pretty ok. Judged against the standard of even a mid-table League Two side, that wasn't great.

Please humour us as to
1. Who you think this manager is ?
And
2.what makes you think they would want to come to a failing club?
And
3. How much do you think it would cost the club to get rid of GM.?

What I’d give to have a season where we aren’t in complete panic stations come Jan.

Don’t know how it’s come to this but with the injuries from tonight we look in a right mess.

Sutton and Forest Green are both poor. I think probably too poor to catch up with us. Let’s just get to the end of the season and look at everything then. No point trying to do this while season in balance. What a huge mess.
