Predictions for Ipswich
« on April 26, 2012, 11:36:52 am by Belle-Vue-Ghost »
What do we all think Saturday then?

I think we'll go out with a bang and win 2-0.

Brown and Copps with the goals

Would be nice to end the season on two wins on the bounce in ironic fashion!!

I'd like to see a bit of a pasting. 4-1 Donny

How about history repeating itself?

Doncaster1 Ipswich 1, attendance 7046

That's exactly what happened in the last game of the 1957-8 season when we were last relegated from the second tier, after winning the penultimate game away from home

Mind you don't want a repeat of the 1958-59 season so I'm going for 5-1 - another Copps hattrick to invite a large summer bid from Ipswich   and 2 penalties from Hayter (refs evening things out for us when they don't matter  )

The last thing we want Uncle is a Copps Hat-Trick and him drawing attention to himself.

We need him here next season if possible

I sense an open game with lots of goals, with us ending up being on the losing team.

Ipswich 5
JETx3
Cresswell
Scotland

Rovers 2
Friend
Coppinger

SkyBet scorecast... Ipswich 5-2 JET first scorer... 650/1... Worth 2 or 3 quid.

Dont worry, my last few score predictions were absolutely appaling!

One of my best predictions this season was rovers to beat Bristol City away 6-1... We lost 2-1

Woodsy was exuding (good word eh) on Tuesday, so I firmly believe he's completely in the right frame of mind to be 10 feet tall tomorrow and nothing will get past him.

3-0 and I'd love to see Hayter, Hird and Coppinger all hit the net.
Can't think of 3 more fitting players (given the currently likely starting X1) that deserve to send us all into the summer in a more optimistic mood.

Going for a straight win to the Rovers 3-0, however I do want Copps to have one of his 'nightmare' games for us and still hammer them.  :rtid:

I just hope the players manage to rub the sleep from their eyes and are properly prepared for the early kick off

What exactly was he exuding? I hope he's not ill!
