Taken from wiki

    Managerial statistics

As of match played 30 January 2021

Managerial record by team and tenure

Team                                   From       To    Record        P    W    D    L    Win %

West Bromwich Albion     2 April 2018    9 March 2019            48    23    13    12    47.9
Doncaster Rovers          10 July 2019     Present                     72    34    14    24    47.2
                                                                           Total        120    57   27   36    47.5

No matter how some of the performances may look to some,he gets the results consistantly,Makes you wonder why WBA sacked him,and how long it will be before some big club might seriously come knocking.

Time to take him off the rolling contract and give him a 3 year contract, and protect ourselves losing him on the cheap

But arguably a year rolling contract is more secure as it in effect never expires in the way a fixed-term contract can.

It is almost a given that DM will eventually move on to pastures new, that’s what happens and whilst you don’t want it to happen, if and when it does it normally means that we will have had some success.

I just hope that he manages to get us in the championship at the very least and have a crack in that division before he does move on.

He’s done a great job upto now, BUT we have achieved nothing yet!

The thing is, What can he do in the next league and I hope we can hold onto him long enough to find out.

It’s a good question and I do think he will get us promoted. However it’s worth noting, we aren’t even close to it yet really in reality!!

Feet on the ground and one game at a time will be the message.
