West was from Gloucester. I used to walk to work down Cromwell Street. the house was pulled down, and made in to a memorial garden.

There used to be a bloke who used to go the Rovers who was a dead ringer for Fred West, lived near the Comrades, I once saw him scrape a hedgehog up from the road with a menacing grin, I've got no doubt it was going on the menu that evening.
