Ministers were warned last year the U.K. must have a robust plan to deal with a pandemic virus in a confidential Cabinet Office briefing by National Security Risk Assessment signed of by Sir Patrick Vallance, the government's chief scientific adviser.
So we've had the Swan report, the Cygnus report , now this, all ignored by government. I suppose  the government will blame the scientists.

Apparently Cummings has been at SAGE meetings, he's not a scientist. The government's problems are just stacking up.
