Cant Jasper Carrot become their celebrity fan and charge thousands for a ten minute chat?

A lot of players but none of real quality, Gleeson looks the best on that list. I still don't understand why players are interested in a move to Birmingham given the uncertainty

Birmingham were probably the only Championship club who wanted them. It could be a case of beggers can't be chooses for those players who desired Championship football.

Non of that lot are good enough to lace Chris Burkes Boots.

If you have never met him you wouldn't want to spend longer than 30 seconds in his company.

They are a club in turmoil, the fans can't stand the manager and he's just spent what little resources they have on a bunch of players who are largely League 1 standard. Macheda saved them last season - they look certainties for the drop next season.

Paul Dickov was their saviour with his poor team selections and substitutions in the last seven games. He should have got it right and then Birmingham would have already been a league 1 side.

Aye it was all Dickov's fault that Gariel Tamas, arguably one of our best players and obviously highly rated if Watford wanted him, decided to ship two goals against Reading. :silly:

Husband's error was the catalyst for the turnaround vs Birmingham. Various refs made poor decisions. Sharp missed vs Forest away when he should have scored, was out of form.  Wellens tried to return from injury too soon.  Countless defenders getting injured throughout the season etc etc.

We could go on, many things happened beyond PD's control that all added up to us going down.

A better way to judge PD is how the coming season pans out.  Forget Birmingham, let's look forward.

We shipped two goals against Reading because we took off Furman and put on an unfit Wellens.. He should have left Furman on with Keegan to protect the back four, if he wanted to risk Wellens for more creativity then he should have taken off a striker and allowed Wellens to play behind the striker. First we would have avoided conceding two more goals and could have come out of the game with a draw hence no relegation. Just one example of his lack of tactical awareness. But let's see how he goes in league 1 he may get us promotion if he as learnt and accepts he made mistakes not just the players.

It's gone Steve let it lie ffs . Blaming PD for every injury, every stupid action by our players etc. is totally counterproductive . OK you don't rate but give him a chance can you it wasn't all his fault

Yep spotted it mesen. Seems he would make a far better manager than any we've had. Are we missing a trick here ??

Sorry RedJ you are wrong again, I did not like Saunders or the way he played, Brian Flynn was ok and I would have been happy for him to stay as manager. PD is ok but he failed to get us over the line does not say I don't like him. In fact if we had stayed up I would have accepted his mistakes but we were relegated with one point from  twenty one. So it's nothing to do with any other manager that's gone and buried lets see what he does.
I was told Duffy was a world beater when I questioned his signing yet he proved that was not the case. So I will give PD a chance to prove me wrong and will apologise if that's the case.
