Brighton ticket sales
« on July 22, 2011, 12:11:43 pm by Belle-Vue-Ghost »
Not sure how reliable the Keepmoat ticket website is but it says we've only sold 681.  Looks like they will hit general sale at this rate.  I expected a battle for tickets.

Yes, a sell out crowd would be awsome for first game of the season.

Well in a fashion yeah.

Pay for your season ticket first, then worry about Brighton :scarf:

I think a few people probably had the same idea as the season ticket sales jumped when the brighton figures were updated. Unless of course the season ticket sales were doing OK and just hadn't been updated in a while.

Got told on Saturday that after the initial 1000 are sold, we're getting another 600 and that is our lot.

Also found out, that the match tickets at their end have gone on sale for our game, think they're was only 1000 available as rest of seats are snapped up by STH's.

1600?? what is the point of that? (don't worry not shooting the messenger). If we can bring more fans, surely it would be in everyones intrest to sell them to our fans. More money for Brighton, the police don't have to worry, its not like its going to kick off is it? It will make it a better occasion if we take more fans, everyone is a winner.

I reckon 1600 is about the limit of what we'd take down there anyway even being in the new ground. That's plenty to make a good day of it, can't wait.

I think they will be limiting us so as they can get more home fans in.

 hopefully it will kick off in that sense, but hopefully there won't be any fighting.

According to this they are not selling home tickets for the south stand (Rovers end) and they give the impression that they won't be any time soon.
