Just seen it again, no doubt the goal should have been allowed initially, but where does the ref get the penalty from?  Looks like Sullivan clearly got the ball to me?

if you would have seen the previous twenty seconds mate you would have seen there midfield player palm the ball down before he layed it off.What happens from that point on becomes irrelevent,it shouldnt have been a goal or a penalty but a free kick to us near the half way line.These things happen though.!

Roversplayer freeze on 2.23 Sulli's hands appear to be on top of the ball with the attacker 1/2 a pace  away, however the ball didn't really change direction but it still appears that Sulli got there first with that view.

So in essence the ref stuffed up and was too quick with the whistle, the goal should have stood and no card for Sulli

Thats my opinion and I'm sticking too it

I did actually see that at the game, most blatant of hand balls but without a replay didn't refer to it.  I felt it was blatant hand ball, I guess the ref would argue the player was too close (as was the case when Shiels' shot hit a defender's hand when goalbound, couldn't give a pen for that).

The handball was a joke. Even the players were slagging the ref off for it in the post-match interviews and it seems to take something quite obvious for our players to start making comments on the officials. It looked a stonewall penalty from where we were at the game but looking at it again and Sulli clearly got the ball first.

It was a strange passage of play that. Sheils was adamant one of the QPR players had handballed it before this happened and then it appeared the guy palmed it down in this incident before the penalty chaos.
