What a waste, he left a wife and four kids and didn't need to go. He was a miner at Brodsworth so didn't need to sign up. Camouflage was completely pointless when you went over the top and walked towards your enemy.Still, I think if I were walking towards machine guns, I'd rather not be wearing bright red trousers!
