How does Cukur become proven if we're just going to bring someone else in? Barlows played up front for Tromso previously so he is an option there. The budget is better being used currently on the areas we don't have depth.

I said I appreciate there isn’t any budget for another striker so we can’t get another, I just think it’s a weak area and we’ll struggle in that particular department. Hope I’m wrong!

I think there’s a chance we end up playing 4231 as opposed to the 433 that RW is desperate to play. I much prefer 433 if you have the players to play that way but I think if he see us getting over run in midfield he will end up having two players sitting in there.

I really hope we can get a good holding midfielder in, I wouldn’t be desperate to sign Reed personally. If there’s no money in the pot a Ben Sheaf type loanee may be the only option.

Hardly surprising to see Wellens considering a formation change. That’s a pretty big thing when plan A has always been 433.

It appears the pot is, in fact, empty - no smoke, no mirrors, unfortunately. 1 player out, one player in. Plus, hopefully, 3 more loans and that’s your lot!
